Jan. 23rd, 2009 01:26 pm Back to Austin

We will find out more this weekend. A pal needs a house sitter till the end of the school year. Horses and chickens to feed for her and keep the house heated and watched. She is headed down south with her kids and has not a clue what to do with her home. This may be our ticket. We had origionaly planned to move down there last summer but it didnt work out. We will know more after this weekend.

Always sucks when D happens, your watching the house will be a win win. Helping them with "what do we do with this while everything gets settled" and give you guys a chance to get on your feet.

the offer still stands here at our house. We don't have much, be we will share what we have. It's not really rules so much as guidelines.

I just counted up 12 cans of corn. Looks like I'll be making corn chowder.

Your such a sweetie. There are some jobs down there and cost of living is dirt cheap. I think this is the way for us to go to get back on our feet. We have the house through May if we choose. It's rough. The roof was sprung in a tornado a few years back so she has not put any money into it. She is rehabbing an old brick barn on the property for a house instead. It will be very neat. But the house is warm and currently dry so it will be fine. This weekend we are finding out dtails. After all, we live most of the time in a tent HEE! I'll have fresh eggs and horses to scratch.
